It looks like we have another mess going on. Everyone stay safe and be careful. You may not want to go out unless you feel you can defend yourself. Even non-violent creatures are prone to attacking.

[With that said, she'll go outside later, after spotting a certain creature outside of her window in CH7.]

[Today, during the hectic mess getting out of hand, you may notice around the village a very adorable cat-like creature, walking or even sprinting through the area. If it happens to spot you it'll draw closer. But, if it comes too close...well let's just say that even the most harmless of creatures can become dangerous in this sudden burst of Battledome simulations.

Have no fear though, because around the village there is someone hunting these adorable little things. And if she spots one, she'll be quick to blow it's head off using a faint purple blast of magic. Thankfully this particular brand of adorable creature is very easily to kill. Yet for every time she seems to kill one, a new one pops up in its place.

...Of course, at some point, the sheer number of them come after her. She may be slightly surrounded, but she can handle it. Right...okay no probably not.]

[Except even as they start to move, a knight in black armor steps out in front of them. He's tall.


...And he has a Kyuubey on his shoulder]

[...Oh cool. Okay Kyuubey is one thing, but that knight is getting gauged as the bigger threat for sure.]

Haruhi, do you have any kind of weapon on you? Or can you find one? [She doesn't think she'll have much trouble, but just in case it goes for Haruhi at some point.]

[and from somewhere she pulls out her taser. No idea how effective that might be. Actually, say-]

[Kyuubey, even as a simulation, is much less dangerous than some knight in full armor.]

[But she does spark up the taser as the knight advances. Gulp.]

The white creature might bite, but he shouldn't be any trouble if you keep your eyes on him.

[Likewise, she'll bring up one of her handguns and aim it at the knight.]

So you're really one of those people.

[And then the knight attacks. You go for explaining it. Kyuubey dives at Haruhi and she evades it's first tackle]

[One of "those" people? She's not quite sure what that means and doesn't have time to think on it. As soon as the knight attacks, Homura moves backward (or well hops forward - the knight armor is uncomfortably clunky) and avoids it's slash. She doesn't have much time to check on Haruhi unfortunately, as it comes at her again and the best defensive she has is blocking the sword with her gun.]

[The Kyuubey isn't that bad. The tackle is evaded and now it comes and tries to bite her, but it doesn't really look that threatening. Which is why she hesitates to taser it the first time. The Kyuubey manages to nic her with a claw though, and then she plants the taser right between it's eyes.

[Meanwhile, Homura is getting knocked around by the knight, resorting to using her regular small shield to block his attacks. Anytime she tries to fire the gun, the bullets only make small dents in the armor.

It's then that, as she steps back, she feels something on the bottom of her feet. She backs away some more and finds a good looking sword. Just as she blocks the knight's sword again, she quickly dives down to pick it up and properly arm herself.]

Haruhi, are you alright?!

[...Eww. the Kyuubey is burning a bit] Y-yeah, I'm good!

[There is not much time for Homura to check on Haruhi other than that shout, as she charges at the knight and swings rather sloppily at it. She's not exactly well versed in weapons that aren't trigger activated, but it's good enough to throw him down against the ground. Before it gets a chance to stand up again, Homura rushes again to swing down several times in succession and destroy the projection.]

There...

[She'll let the sword drop, along with her tired body, and turn her sights to Haruhi again.]

[And she's there in her princess dress with flames around her wrists. Eferin. ...But.

Yeah okay Homura beat it. Oops]
