[007] the village is now rabu
[When the video feeds clicks on, Homura can be seen moving away from the camera and letting the journal focus on a small couch area in their living room. Another girl with bright pink hair is sitting on the couch, when Homura sits down next to her. She looks quite nervous]
Hello. We know many people have been leaving recently and we feel sorry if anyone lost someone close to them.
[She glances over to Madoka, ushering her to speak.]
H.. hm, right..
[ Madoka seem to still be trying to encourage herself over all this, it's making her a little nervous to do this in front of so many people, but it's for a good cause! So she nods, taking a deep breath and speaking up as well. ]
That's right. Even if it's sad that people leave, we should all try our best to keep thinking positive and keep being cheerful, for the sake of the people who left too, right? [ a smile. ]
Right. That's why, Madoka and I both wrote a song to cheer up people's spirits. --She did most of the work, and it's still in progress, but we hope you'll enjoy it.
[Homura then moves to the side and picks an acoustic guitar. She doesn't know how to play it very well, but just a few stringing cords should be enough of a melody.]
Hey, Madoka, are you ready?
Yes, I'm ready..! [ There's a nod, and she makes one final gulp before she starts singing once Homura starts playing the guitar. ]
Saying, "See you later," I wave my hand, forcing myself to smile, yet I'm feeling lonely...
[ And then this song follows, of which the lyrics are here. ]
... And with my usual smile, I say "See you tomorrow"..
[And as Madoka sings, Homura strums the guitar to her singing. It's obvious that she isn't exactly an expert in playing, but she manages to keep it in harmony with Madoka's singing and continues to do so for a couple moments after the last line is sung.]
You did great, Madoka. [She says with a cheerful smile to the other.]
[ Madoka smiles back too, clearly happy it all went over so well. ]
You too, Homura-chan! Hehe, I think that sounded pretty nice together, huh..?
It did. We should keep working on it, right?
[She giggles a little, practically forgetting that the journal was still even recording.]
Hmm! I think it's pretty good already though.. [ yup, the original intent of the whole message is forgotten by now.. ] It's mostly because of your guitar playing though, I think.
You think it was good? You're a wonderful singer though, so it wouldn't have worked without you.
[And from there the two girls continue to chat. Any interruptions will definitely be noted however.]
[ooc: Madoka and Homura will both be responding. Specify if you want one of them or both. threads will be split and not three-way for time convenience.]

I guess I just sometimes sing along with CDs back home for fun.
[Voice]
Most people do that, right? Especially when you suddenly hear your favourite song on the TV or radio.
[Voice]
Do you think so? I guess it's since I was a little too scared to audition, but-- ah, don't get me wrong, I think the gardening and crafts clubs were a lot of fun too, and the people were really nice!
And.. hmm! Or when a song is really catchy.
[Voice]
Fuuko is sure the gardening and crafts clubs were plenty of fun to take part in, just like it would have been fun if you were in a choir. There was a musical here last year, right? You should have auditioned for a role! [Maybe it wouldn't have been as scary as auditioning for a choir? /shrug]
Or when you walk by someone singing that catchy song and it ends up in your head for the rest of the day!
[Voice]
I-in Luceti?! I don't know if I could perform for so many people in person.. O-over the communicator with Homura-chan is something else entirely..!
[Voice]
It's different singing in front of people than singing to them over the journals? [...] Madoka-san, start a radio station over the journals! Sing all you like!
[Voice]
W-wait, a radio station? Do you really think that many people would like to listen to that..? [ suffering FM with MC meduka. ]
[Voice]
Of course, you got a pretty big reception here! You could get other people involved and having singing, news and competitions, just like a real radio station. [if there were roads, Fuuko could do the traffic report--]

Ehehe, I think talent for leadership comes out a little more naturally than that, right..? I wouldn't want to inconvenience anyone..
[Voice]
annoyingharassingasking people to join in~]You could always try leading a radio station just over the journals. Do you think that would make it easier to try, like singing?
[Voice]
[Voice]
Fuuko is sure you cheered up a lot of people today. [...] Sorry Madoka-san, Fuuko wasn't trying to pressure you into something scary.
[Voice]
Instead, I'd like to thank you for your idea.
[Voice]
It was probably one of Fuuko's better ideas, thinking up a radio station like that. Make sure you remember it Madoka-san!

That's exactly it, a big party to celebrate the starfish! A festival for all things cute and adorable about them! Doesn't it sound great?
