[Homura pauses, trying to find her voice. The camera is slightly obscured, but it's obvious she is wearing some form of a lion costume (minus the medal). Yes not even she is safe from the experiment and has been turned into the Lion from Oz. She has been hiding from much of the village since this began, too terrified to even get on the journals until now.

The girl takes a deep breath and asks, in a rather rushed voice-]

How does one learn to brave? I want to be brave like a lot of other people here, but I don't know how. I heard there might be a wizard who can give me bravery, but I don't know where he is. And I'm too frightened to go out to find him alone...

[Action;]

[After making that post, Homura decided that she is going to try going out again. Maybe she can meet someone who knows where the Wizard of Oz is! ...Yet when she goes out, she is unable to even go on the main path of the village, too terrified of all the strange people.

So, she'll likely be found hiding. Crouching behind bushes, looking around from behind tree and buildings and all sorts of places. It isn't that she doesn't want to talk -- she's just too damn cowardly.]

[She looked down for a moment. Her best friend was upset, and for good reason. Homura was somewhat saddened as well, even though Mami and her were not on good terms. She can't be a coward right now. She has to be brave for her friend. So she picks her head up and gives Madoka a kind, yet determined face, taking her friend's hands in her own.]

Don't worry Madoka, it will be okay. We're both still here, so we aren't alone! Mami wouldn't want us to be sad. Sayaka and Kyouko wouldn't want it either. So...lets do our best to be happy for them and for ourselves! We can be brave, even in these bad times.

[ At first she looks a bit.. surprised, maybe, as Homura talks like that and takes her hands. She didn't really expect this to happen, but.. yes. Homura is a good person, of course. Even if Mami hadn't believed it, even if everyone else didn't want to listen to it, she at least knows it's true. So she smiles, even as her eyes are a little watery. ]

That's right. Neither of us are alone like this, so we'll just have to be strong together.. for everyone else's sakes too. [ Madoka nods, sniffing the tears back a little. ] It's okay. I won't be sad about it anymore.

Good. I won't be sad either, Madoka. [She says quickly and, rather in the moment, gives her friend a hug.] I know you don't know me that well, but I won't leave you behind.

[ ... Ah. It's a bit strange, to see Homura, who is usually so pokerfaced, suddenly hugging her, but.. it's not a bad thing. Not at all. ]

Don't worry.. Even if I don't know you that well just yet, we can get to know each other better, right? I want to know more about you, Homura-chan, so let's take our chance, okay..?

[man the post-event outcome will be so awkward...]

Okay. [She pulls away from the hug and lets out a breath. ...Wow, did she really just do that?] I'm sorry for that. It must be strange...being hugged by someone you don't even know well.

N.. no, not at all. Well.. it was a little surprising, I have to admit that, but.. [ She giggles, a little bit nervously. ] It didn't feel that strange at all for some reason. Besides, we're.. friends, right?

Yes...we are friends. [She nods her head. Maybe one day she'll tell Madoka about it. But, this probably isn't a good time for that kind of thing.] If you ever need anything, please ask me. We're the only two from our world left, so we should stick together.

[ Well, Madoka sees Homura as a friend either way - the girl has been friendly to her, after all, and has her helped out plenty of times.. Just that much is enough already, even without knowledge of previous timelines. ]

Hmm, I promise. But.. in that case, please feel free to ask me anything at all too, Homura-chan. I want to help you too.

...Well... [If Madoka is offering to help her out.] Can you help me find the Wizard, Madoka?

... Huh? The Wizard? [ She looks a bit surprised, but then she seems to remember something as well. ]

Do you mean the Wizard of Luceti? Someone was talking about that before on the journals..

Luceti? [...Well no, she's looking for the Oz variety. But, maybe all Wizards are the same? If one Wizard can grant her courage, why couldn't another?] Yes that's right. I need to find him. Only he can grant me the courage I seek.

Hmm, the person I was talking about didn't know where he was either, but.. [ She puts up a finger to her cheek, thinking. ] If you really need to find him, Homura-chan, I'll help you! I don't think you need courage though, you're one of the bravest people I know..

Huh? Do you really think that? [That's...a bit surprising.] I think you're a lot braver than I am, Madoka.

M.. me? [ Oh, now that surprises her as well, making her blink a few times before laughing somewhat awkwardly. ]

Ehehe, no way.. Even back home I was never able to do anything compared to you and the others, and all of you always seemed so cool, so.. there's no way I could be as brave as you.

[Homura opens her mouth to say something back, but quickly closes it. Right. Madoka doesn't know about everything that happened. The girl shouldn't have to know either. She needs to be brave and fight for her friend, even if it is alone.]

I think you're brave either way. To accompany the others on such dangerous missions and cheer them on, risking your own safety. It is a very brave thing to do.

[ She would protest more, but.. she can't bring herself to, not now. So she just smiles a little, but contently, at the other girl. ]

Thank you, Homura-chan. Then for now we can agree we're both brave in our own way, right..?
